Sumit Agrawal is an Assistant Legal Advisor with the Integrated Surveillance Department, SEBI. His work includes assisting regulator in fraud detection, investigation of market irregularities, drafting of Orders and Circulars, preparing legal opinions/informal guidances. He has also been a part of IPO Scam investigation team. Sumit obtained Bachelors in Management and Law degree from National Law University, Jodhpur and has authored several articles on issues of corporate law in past. He also teaches securities law as Visiting Faculty at Government Law College, Mumbai. Robin Joseph Baby is an Assistant Legal Advisor with the Legal Affairs Department of SEBI. In his tenure with SEBI, he has also served with the Enforcement Department and the Office of Executive Director (Law) of SEBI. His work involves inter alia assisting legislative drafting, and addressing issues on policy. Robin is an alumnus of National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and has been associated with securities laws programme at the Government Law College, Mumbai as its Visiting Faculty. Amit Agrawal, is an advocate practising in New Delhi and Jaipur. A graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Amit has previously worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh & A. Shroff & Co., New Delhi, and has experience in both advisory and litigation roles in securities law practice, including as a member of the core team advising the Government of India nominated board of Satyam Computer Services Limited in the revival of the fraud-hit company."
