About the Author
Arun Mahapatra, an eminent management scholar, has more than twenty years of experience in the field of management. Born in Ahmedabad in 1962, Dr. Mahapatra is a management consultant specialising in marketing and organisation management. Now based in Lucknow, with clients in almost all parts of the world, he is associated with many famous management institutes.
He also delivers lecturers on management topics to undergraduate and graduate level students. He also conducts seminars, short-term training programmes, online courses for management professionals and students. He is the author of two textbooks and numerous articles on allied areas of management.
