Solar panel efficiency is low, to track the maximum power from panel, Perturb & Observe (P&O) algorithms used in Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). Output Torque-Speed characteristics of Induction Machine has been modelled and compared by MATLAB/Simulink software.
