Summary Of The Book Blowback, published in 2010, is the third novel of the Lashkar series. The first two books are titled Lashkar and Salim Must Die. This bestselling series is set in Pune and the tribal regions of Pakistan. As the Jihadi movement gathers pace, a warlord in Pakistan tries to unite all terrorist groups in order to get them to fight against American forces. It seems that a member of one of these groups is an Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent. Blowback takes readers into an adventure of doubts and thrills. Will the Jihadis use this ISI agent to fulfil their plans or will he make use of them as per his plans? This story of double-faced missions has two more characters. Tanaz and Iqbal are a part of Force 22 and have been given the duty of searching for and killing Salim. As they leave Pakistan, many intelligence operations take place.
