K. Mahadevan, Ph.D., is Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. He has also served as Professor at Kalasalingam University, Virudhunagar, and R.M.D. Engineering College, Chennai. Dr. Mahadevan has more than 20 years of teaching experience. He has published several papers in peer reviewed international journals of high repute and has presented research papers in more than 30 national and international level conferences. He has guided six scholars for PhD award and ten more are currently doing their research work under his guidance. His areas of interest include electrical circuits, electromagnetic fields, power system engineering, optimization techniques among others
