1. Unzip the sample code into your server root, preserving the directory 
   structure.
2. Modify <server-root>/signature/merchant/MerchantSignedCartDemo.php
   and update values of the merchantID, accessKeyID and secretKeyID variables
   near the beginning of the php file.
