About the Author
Laura B. Madsen, MS, is a Practice Leader with Lancet Software Development Inc., a BI consulting firm. She is responsible for the management of all healthcare clients, product development, marketing and sales. She writes for the Beye Network and is a regular presenter at The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI) conferences and events. Ms. Madsen led the creation of the annual Healthcare BI Summit, now in its fifth year.
