The concepts are explained in a manner that is aimed at laying strong fundamentals for the students. The book includes various applications of neural networks like healthcare, robotics, pattern recognition and security.
About The Authors
S. N. Sivanandam is the Head of the Computer Science and Engineering Department and a professor.
Apart from this book, he has also written Problems & Solutions In Electric Circuit Analysis, Problems & Solutions in Control System Engineering and Control Systems Engineering using MATLAB.
He graduated with a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1964. He did his M.Sc in Power Systems in 1996, and got his Ph.D in 1982 for Control Systems. He has been a professor and has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate classes for many years. He has received many awards and recognition for his work.
S. Sumathi is an assistant professor at PSG College of Technology.
She has also authored other books like Introduction to Data Mining and its Applications and Fundamentals of Relational Database Management Systems.
Sumathi was born on January 31st in 1968. She graduated with a B.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She completed her Ph.D in Data Mining. The Institution of Engineers Journal Computer Engineering Division awarded her a Gold medal for a research paper.
She received widespread recognition for her work and has published many technical articles.
S. N. Deepa has written many books on soft computing techniques, along with many other authors.
Some of her other books include Introduction to Genetic Algorithms and Principles of Soft Computing
