About the Author
Steven J. DeKrey is Associate Dean of the Business School at HKUST. He is also the Founding Program Director of the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Program established by the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and HKUST in 1998. DeKrey has over 20 years of experience in management education. DeKrey is a 1985 Kellogg MBA graduate and holds a PhD from the University of Iowa.
