About the Author

Dr. S. N. Sivanandam has a total teaching experience (UG and PG) of 47 years. He has guided a number of undergraduate and postgraduate projects for both Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He has been identified as an outstanding person in the field of Computer Science and Engineering in MARQUIS 'Whos Who', October 2003 issue, New providence, New Jersey, USA. He has also been identified as an outstanding person in the field of Computational Science and Engineering in 'Whos Who', December 2005 issue, Saxe-Coburg Publications, United Kingdom.
Dr. S. N. Deepa is currently an Associate Professor, Dept. of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Anna University, Regional Centre, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Her research areas include Linear and Non-Linear Control System Design and Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, Soft Computing, Evolutionary Strategies, Medical Image Processing and Adaptive Control Systems. She has published books and articles in reputed journals in her area of specialization.
