Shubhangini A. Joshi is an author and teacher at the Department of Food Technology, at SNDT Women's University in Mumbai.

She completed her postgraduate diploma in Education Management and postgraduate degree in Foods and Nutrition, both from SNDT Women's University. Joshi is also involved in community development initiatives which promote female empowerment and women's self employment. She has also served on the Senate of SNDT Women's University. Joshi has written several articles on the subject of food and nutrition for various magazines such as Grahak. Joshi has also interviewed doctors for All India Radio.
