Sangam with Gulmohar is a set of 15 books for Classes 1 to 5

This set of 15 books is patterned as follows:

Classes 1 and 2; Terms 1 – 3 (revised edn):each termconsisting of English, Mathematics and Environmental Studies.

Classes 3 – 5; Terms 1 – 3 (revised edn): each term consisting of English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies.

The English section has been taken from Gul Mohar Seventh Edition. 

The Mathematics material follows the approach of  Success with MathsAhead very closely. It has all the features of Success with MathsAhead including the step-by-step approach, Maths Lab Activities embedded in the text for concept development, and Worksheet at the end of each chapter with MCQs, HOTS and Fun Activities. CCE terminology, e.g. ‘formative’ and ‘summative’ has been removed.

EVS in Books 1, 2 has material from Green Tree, Success with ScienceAhead and Success with GettingAhead in Social Studies with the CCE terminology removed.

Science in books 3-5 is taken from Success with ScienceAhead 3-5, with the CCE terminology removed.

 Social Studies is taken from Success with GettingAhead in Social Studies, with the CCE terminology removed.
