She writes regularly for Olive and Sainsbury's magazines, demonstrates live-fire cookery at food festivals all over the UK, and has co-presented Radio 4's The Food Programme. She is based in Bristol, UK, where she runs the Bristol Fire School, a cookery school dedicated to fire.
