This textbook has been designed to enable the reader to identify patient’s ailments by applying knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and behavioural science, and successfully solving or alleviating these problems.

An attempt has been made to mention trauma emergencies in the traumatic section and other orthopedic problems in the elective orthopedic section.
