About The Authors Chip Heath is an author, speaker, and professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has written books titled Decisive: How To Make Better Choices In Life And Work and Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die. Chip was a teacher at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business before becoming a professor at Stanford University. He teaches courses on organizations and business strategy. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, and he undertook a doctoral program in Psychology at Stanford. Chip's research has appeared in various newspapers, magazines, and journals, such as Journal of Consumer Behavior, Quarterly Journal of Economics, Scientific American, and Psychology Today. Dan Heath is an author, speaker, and Senior Fellow at Duke University's CASE Center. Dan received a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He worked as a case writer and researcher for Harvard Business School, and co-founded Thinkwell, a publishing company. He also writes a column for the Fast Company magazine.
