Personal Growth

By concentrating on concrete and accessible practices, this book explains how, despite all of our best intentions, communication remains a challenge for most of us. It discusses how we can say what we mean in a way that the other person can really concentrate and understand, how we can learn to listen with compassion and understanding, why people communicate so differently and how we can surpass our differences to fortify our relationships. Based on his own experiences of working with couples, families, and workplace colleagues, celebrated spiritual leader, Thich Nhat Hanh reveals five practical steps for truly mindful communication.
