About The Author
Sundeep Misra, the editor of the anthology, is one of India's most respected sports journalists. For over two decades, he has worked in print, television and online media. His first love, however, is writing. From the Olympics to hockey, cricket and soccer World Cups, Sundeep has covered all major domestic and international tournaments across various disciplines. He has the unique distinction of having been the Sports Editor of the leading newspaper The Asian Age, national television stations Sahara Samay, News X and founding Editor-in-Chief of the international magazine Sports Illustrated, India. Currently, in an expanded role at Network 1 Media, one of India's fastest growing content hubs, Sundeep oversees all video and text sports content. Sundeep is also the best-selling author of Forgive Me Amma, the unauthorized biography of hockey star Dhanraj Pillay.
