Dr. Subhash C. Kashyap: Born on 10 May 1929, he is a former Secretary General and Lok Sabha Secretariat of India. He is known for his expertise on Indian constitution, Parliament, Constitutional Law and he is a political scientist and a distinguished scholar. He began his career as a journalist at Allahabad. He is acquainted with Parliament of India for over 37 years.
