Cross culture respect is the spiritual philosophy of India. May the present work prove to be the medium of interfaith movements. Ramayana, is one of the most important ancient epic known to the historic footings of the mankind. Ralph Griffith writes—‘Even far inferior poetic powers are, I think, much more Homeric than any literary prose.’ so this poetic expression, first of its kind in English, as should have inherent power to penetrate through soul, will sure permeate into the mind of the reader. These verses are the outcome of thorough study of Valmiki Ramayana and its offspring's in various languages of India I.E. Tamil (Kamban), Malayalam (Ezythechan), Telugu (Shrimoll), Adhyatma Ramayan and above all Tulsi’s Ramcharit Maanas in Awadhi. Poet has versified his bhakti following the meters and Vowel-marks (matras) as followed by Goswamiji in his couplets, quadruplets, stanzas and Distiches. Bhakti is the manforce behind and so, should these verses have more impact.

Akhilesh Gumashta

Dr. Akhilesh Gumashta is a renowned surgeon in the field of Orthopaedics in Mahakoshal of Central India. He is better known for his charitable work dedicated to terminally ill cancer patients (as Medical Director and Chief Functionary of Virat Hospice, Jabalpur). Among his many books Ramayan; The Hymns of Himalaya has been widely acclaimed by the readers and admirers. For that opus, he was honoured with ‘Tulsi Award’ by Pujya Morari Bapu. The present work is an immense piece of excellence both in field of spirituality and literature, which took him seven long years to complete. Every verse has few interpretative haikus having skilfully composed messages of Lord Krishna. When he brings this very book—The Eternal Geets of Bhagavad Gita, he says, ‘May the fragmented world be cemented by the Spirituality of India, the very principle of Oneness.’.
