Pragati Sureka has been working in the field of mental health for over fifteen years. Besides her dual qualifications in Clinical and Occupational Health Psychology, she has professional credentials from Harvard Medical School, Boston; The Psychometric Centre at The University of Cambridge, UK and Beck Institute, Philadelphia. Her guiding philosophy is that ‘Emotional well-being’ is possible for everyone. She regularly conducts workshops on mental health and emotional well-being. She is currently pursuing her Phd. and is also a faculty member at Kornash, The Lifestyle Management School, Kolkata, which is a mental health vocational training facility.
