Ritu Singh, MD, is a Director Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry at Lady Hardinge Medical College and associated Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, and Kalawati Saran Children's Hospital, New Delhi. She is a Fellow of the prestigious International Medical Sciences Academy, Fellow of the Indian Society for Atherosclerosis Research, WHO Fellow in Lab Genetics from AIIMS, New Delhi and DHR Fellow in Genomics from Burnett School of Biomedical Sciences, University of Central Florida, USA. She has numerous DBT, ICMR, DHR-MoHFW funded projects, National and International awards and publications to her credit. She is also the past President of the Indian Society for Atherosclerosis Research affiliated to the prestigious International Atherosclerosis Society, Milan, Italy. As a faculty of the MCI-approved Medical Education Unit of LHMC, she is involved in implementation of updated curriculum and teaching methodologies in the medical college. She has also been awarded a Fellowship in Medical Education from CMC, Ludhiana. She has an experience of more than 30 years in the field of Medical Biochemistry in various hospitals, viz. Rajeev Goyal

Rajeev Goyal, MD, is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Lady Hardinge Medical College and associated Hospitals. He received training as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at AIIMS, New Delhi and the University of California, Davis, USA. He also worked at VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. Goyal was the founder faculty member and contributed in establishing the Department of Biochemistry at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh, where he worked for more than 5 years. He is an elected member of the prestigious National Academy of Medical Sciences, India and Assistant Editor of Indian Journal of Medical Biochemistry.
