Dr. B.C Jat is currently teaching in Department of geography, Government Post Graduate College, Neemkathana (Rajasthan). Dr. Jat was awarded “Medini Award 2005 by Ministry of forest and environment government of India for his research and writing on various aspects on environment. He is author of over 15 books of Geography. These books widely acclaimed and accepted as text and reference books in India. He has also published 15 research papers in various journals. He attended 13 national and 3 international seminars. He is also associate editor “Journal of Water and Land use Management. Presently he is engaged in a research work on management of water disaster through remote sensing and GIS.
