The Misuse of power and abuse of official positions by seniors critically infected with colonial hangover and other hidden reasons behind the underperformance of subordinates working at the bottom in the police system have been revealed and an ideal police system has been conceptualized by the author, where there i no hate no jealousy, no revenge and no exploitation but only climate of honesty, simplicity , impartiality, morality, self-power courage and positivity, where success blossoms and peoples can feel safe in their hands. The author invites every member of the police fraternity to be a great dreamer and work with the one and only though of nation first and draws nation's attention on vital issues for actionable reforms. This fable also teachers us to always listen to the heart , follow dreams and be self-aware, positive , kind spiritual, ego-less and motivated to tackle any mammoth adverse situation and live a worthy and completely happiest and enjoyable personal and professional life in fullness.
