P.N. MUKHERJEE is Professor and Chairperson, Total Quality Management and Supply Chain Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management & Higher Studies (Deemed University), Mumbai. Earlier he was Professor and Head of Department, Operation and Logistics & Supply Chain Management, K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. He received his Ph.D. in Total Quality Management from Pune University. Dr. Mukherjee has around two decades of industrial experience at senior positions in reputed industrial houses, and experience of over a decade in the academic field. He is an eminent management consultant to some of the leading Indian organizations and has a number of research articles published to his credit in leading journals.
