SPECS OF SUNSHINE ABOUT THE BOOK SPECS OF SUNSHINE is the second collection of micro-poems by senior poetess Jyotirmaya Thakur. Before this, another collection of her micro-poems Monostitch Cosmos has come. Within the micro-poems of the collection, she maintains the original spirit of the Micro-poetry. The world of Micro-poetry is unique. Very few words and a lot of meaning, this characteristic of micro-poems makes them completely different. In this era of busyness, if something can be said in fewer words, then what is the use of spending more time? I think micro-poetry greatly understands the importance of time. Micro-poetry is a very short form of poetry. We can also call these poems tiny poems. There are many different forms of Micro-poetry:- Free Verse and Verse such as Haiku, Tanka, Gogyohka, Pixku, Mirror, Sijo, Couplet, Cinquain, Questionku, Saino, and a few others. Micro-poetry can say a lot and describe a lot in its short form. It is the need of the present time that we should be able to express our views in minimum words. Human being has lack of time. In such a situation, the responsibility of poets becomes more. In fact, it is not an easy task to say more in fewer words. It is an art. The poetess has mastered this art with her skill.
