Dr. K.R. Jayachandran

Dr. K. R. Jayachandran is an A Grade Rehabilitation Practitioner, Educational Psychologist, & a Counsellor from India and a resident of Saudi Arabia since 2003. He holds Ph. D, Master’s and B. Ed. Degrees, with three Diplomas from different Indian and Foreign Universities. He has specialized in ‘Inclusive Education Leadership’ from the University of Melbourne, Australia under the fellowship of MHRD, Govt. of India & AUSAID -Australia. He has licensed in Rehabilitation practices with Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi & certified in Employee Development, Assessment and Coaching from Harrison International, USA. He had started his career as a Lecturer in Kerala in 1995, served as the Master Trainer in NCERT New Delhi under India-Australia Training and Capacity Building Program. Dr. Jay moved to Saudi Arabia as the Head of the Special Education Centre in the International Indian Public School under the Embassy of India, Riyadh. He had also served as the CBSE Counsellor for Indian Community Schools under Indian Embassy, Saudi Arabia. Since 2012 - 2022, Dr. Jay has been serving the Saudi Public Education Sector under Saudi Ministry of Education as the Adviser in Operation Management of various Educational programs of Tatweer Education Holding. He has also served as the Senior Consultant in Prince Sultan Center for Special Education Support Services and managed Training, Research, Inclusive Education & International Accreditation of this national center of Saudi Government. Since January 2023, he is working as the Consultant in Asar Management Consulting- Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He has enriched the field of education as a Resource Person for SCERT Kerala, Universities, Colleges and different organizations in India and abroad.
