The book has been written to give an excellent grounding to those who wish to learn application developing using Visual Basic 6.There are two well laid out projects in this book.Each project starts with a project definition ,goes through fairly in –depth projet design and documentation ,and ends with complete working code spec.Coding concepts that are common to all Visual Basic projects ,such as data navigation and maniputation command buttons ,data validation techniques and so on,are laid out in great detail. There is a separate section devoted to project management and software quality assurance . Hopefully this section will provide an insight into how software companies manage large software project s and keep the project deliverables under tight quality control.
