He has more than eight yars of research experience in the field of molecular breeding for various biotic and abiotic stresses in Basmati, Aromatic and Non-Aromatic rice.

Dr. Usha is main author of this book entitled "Objective Agricultural Etymology". She is associated in teaching at Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi (U.P). She has more than six years of experience in this field of Teaching, Research (Apiculture and Insect Pollinators) and Extension. She has also received various awards like: Young Scientist award, First Prize in National Seminar and awarder in National Agriculture Quiz competition also.
