Art Gallery Parts A, B, C: In each part, a combination of colouring and tracing has been given. Only crayons are to be used for colouring. A wide variety of objects from day-to- day life, from easy to difficult, from straight to curved lines. Different shapes for making different pictures are also given. There are collages to be made by paper tearing, tracing, pencil shading and thumb impression. The free hand drawing concept is also given.
Art Gallery Parts 6 to 8: There are different objects to be drawn for different level. Every part is well graded and the approach is from simple to difficult. The object drawing, geometrical shapes, in different light and shade technique and also in different forms are given in the beginning. There is pencil shading with different lines. Book contains drawing and colouring through different types of colours like water colour, poster colour, sketch pen, pastel colour, etc. The pencil shading technique is used in making human body parts like eyes, nose, ear, lips, making face of an adult and child both in front and side poses. Different postures of a human being are given such as standing, sitting, etc. Still life composition of different types is also there e.g. landscape and portrait. Drawing patterns and colouring are also provided.
