Ramakant Tiwari B.A. (Hons.) from Patna University, M.A. from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra and pursuing Ph.D from the same university. He was associated with Smt. Laxmi Devi Mahila Educational Institute, Agra and worked as researcher in projects of SCERT Delhi and as a scientist researcher in Forensic Science laboratory. Govt. of NCT, Delhi. Presently he is working as scientific officer in evaluation Division , Truth Lab, NCR Delhi beside this. He is also author of two titles.
