Dr. Pragti Sobti has taught English for more than a decade as Assistant Professor in Department of English, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. She carried out her Doctoral Research on novels of Shashi Deshpande. She has to her credit over a score of scholarly and innovative articles published in journals of repute and anthologies. Her areas of interest are Women’s Studies and Contemporary South Asian Fiction.
