Rajanikant Verma has done B Com (Hons), M Com, M Phil, and PhD from University of Delhi (Submitted) and completed diploma in Computers from DOEACC Society , India. He is an Assistant Professor in the Commerce Department of Zakir Husain Post Graduate (Eve) College, University of Delhi. His areas of specializations are Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Structure and Organizational Development. He has approximately ten years of teaching and research experience in various college of University of Delhi and others. He has been a regular contributor of numerous articles in a variety of professional journals and has presented more than ten research papers in various national and International Conferences and has conducted number of workshops and seminars at the organizational level. Nevertheless he has been actively involved in the administrative process at the University and College level.
