About the Authors Prof. (Dr.) Vipin K. Dabas did his Post Graduation in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontia from Gujarat University in 1988 and he had his Specialised professional training in Switzerland and Germany in the year 1989-1990. He got his Ph.D from London in 1999. He worked for the Dental department in the MOH, Republic of Seychelles, for many yea In his more than two decades of association with his profession, he has been honoured with many prestigious international awards for his contribution to the profession. He is the author of five textbooks, “Textbook of Endodontics”, “Textbook of Conservative Dentistry”, “Introduction to Oral Implantology”, “Science of Dental Materials” and “Advances in Dentistry”. He has served the profession as senior faculty of the subject in different capacities in the Gujarat University and the University of Rajasthan. He worked as Addl. Principal & Professor, College of Dentistry at University of Rajasthan and also as Pro Vice-Chancellor of SV Medical University. He has authored more than 85 articles in various International and National Journals and Periodicals. Prof. (Dr.) Usha Dabas is presently working as Professor, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontia, University of Gujarat. She worked as senior faculty of the subject in various capacities and performed her duties as Professor & Head, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontia, in Dental College of University of Rajasthan. She is the author of four well acclaimed textbooks, “Textbook of Endodontics”, “Textbook of Conservative Dentistry”, “Introduction to Oral Implantology” and “Science of Dental Materials”.
