SATISH C. AILAWADI (Ph.D.) has been Director of Institute of Management Technology, Hyderabad, Professor Emeritus at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and Director of KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. He retired as a Senior Professor in the area of Operations and Supply Chain Management from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management (VJIM), Hyderabad. Also, he has been Faculty at ICFAI Business School, Mumbai, and Professor and Head of Operations Management at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai. Currently he is Visiting Faculty at VJIM and National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad. Dr. Ailawadi possesses an industrial experience of around 28 years at different managerial levels in reputed organizations like Raymond Limited, Mitsubishi Corporation, NELCO Limited, Shri Ambuja Petrochemicals Ltd., NIRLON, The Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited, and Harbor Network Systems Limited.
