Dr. Binoy Mathew is Currently working as Associate Professor, Dept. of Management Studies (MBA), Centre for Post Graduate Studies(CPGS), Visvesvaraya Technological University, Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka. With more than twentyone years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Binoy Mathew has authored six books and several research articles in reputed National and International Journals. He served as the BoS & BoE to various Educational Institutions and Universities. He served as the steering committee member for a couple of international conferences. Currently, he is a member of the editorial board of a couple of International Journals. He is the recipient of many awards and recognitions. He is a qualified professional counselor and psychometric analyst. A Computer graduate and Child Psychology postgraduate with over ten years of Corporate Training and Development experience. Since 2015, he has travelled to the UK, the US, Malaysia, and China for Transitioning Projects and educated women interested in teaching at a Nursery Teachers Training institute. Being an expert in German language in A1& A2 Level (Certified from the Goethe Institute), he trains students and job-seekers interested in studying or working in Germany. As a trainer of soft skills in schools, colleges, and enterprises, he has a strong command over the English language's pronunciation, accent, spelling, and syntax. He has also trained school children in simple ways of calculating through the use of Vedic mathematics, and techniques to improve their memory. Mr. Abishith Rao is a soft skills trainer and believes in ideals and skills that are practiced. An ideal trainer with a creative mindset who creates a solicitous aura through his distinctive methodology around the trainees with a pinch of spontaneity. His adaptive nature and skill set, benefits the trainees with conviction and confidence. His sheer understanding of divergent minds gives him an edge, making it easier to deliver.
