Dr. Tukaram Vithalrao Sathe (M Sc., Ph.D., Sangitvisharad, IBT, F.S.E.Sc., F.S.L.Sc., F.I.S.E.C., F.I.C.C.B) is Professor in Entomology and Head, Department of Zoology, Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has teaching experience of 29 years in entomology. He has published 255 research papers in national and international journals of repute and written 30 and edited 3 books. He is recipient of prestigious awards like Environmentalist of the year 2003, Eminent scientist 2008, International Gold star, Best educationalist, Education Leadership, Asia Pacific International award and Global education leadership award etc.
