Dr. Kusam Devgan Msc.(Hons Sch), M.phil, PhD is presently working as a Associate Professor in Department of Physics, S.R. Govt. College for Women, Amritsar. She had a brilliant career; being Double Gold Medalist (recipient of Medals in BSc and Msc Hons Sch) of Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. She had done PhD in 2014 in Material Science during her teaching career. She has started her career as a lecturer in physics at MCM DAV College Chd (1986-1987). From 1987-1993 she worked at GNG College Yamuna Nagar. After her selection in 1993 through PPSC she forayed into government service. At present she is Associate professor and has 20 research papers published in different international journals of high repute to her credit.
