Karma Yoga is the art of ethical, selfless, conflict less action which tames the human nature by minimizing the ego through offering all action and attachment to its fruits to the Lord, the Power behind the universe. You recognize that you have control only over the action and not over the result which may or may not follow. This builds character and strengthens the will and, in combination with the necessary mind-purifying spiritual practice, can lead to experience of the Personal Divine.
