Richard John Koch completed his education from the Oxford University and the Wharton School, where he earned his bachelor's degree and master's degree in business administration respectively. He worked in reputed firms like the BCG and Bain and Company before venturing into a partnership, forming the organization named the LEK. Koch has written about twenty books which mainly revolve around business and success. He has authored books such as Superconnect, the 80/20 Individual and the 80/20 Manager. Apart from being a bestselling author, Koch is also a speaker, consultant, entrepreneur and an investor.
