His passion lies in people development, organization design, growth management and inter-cultural cooperation between Indo - European groups. Amit has been a guest faculty at AIT Business School, Bangkok and at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, where he taught a 3 - Credit course on leadership and change management.
