English Phrasal Verbs In Use Advanced is a collection of around 1,000 phrasal verbs and its related adjectives and nouns. The entire book is divided into units and sections. The first few units cover in general, information about what are phrasal verbs, their grammatical usage and so on. Also, the book contains more advanced topics with respect to phrasal verbs like collocation, metaphor and register. Other topics concerning common particles used in the formation of phrasal verbs help the reader understand the context and decipher the meaning of new phrasal verbs. The book also includes detailed information on Concepts and Functions.

In a simple manner, each phrasal verb is accompanied by its meaning, an example of its usage and notes on how and when it is used. To test the reader's understanding there are exercises too and an accompanying answer key. At the end of the book is a mini dictionary that can be used to find out the definition of each of the phrasal verbs and learn their related noun and adjective forms.
