Product Description About the Author Girija Srinivasan started her career as a development banker after a master's degree in business administration. After 12 years of development banking, Srinivasan turned to international consulting in development finance and has been a leading international consultant in development finance and rural livelihoods in India and abroad for the last 17 years. She has authored handbooks and manuals on group-based approaches in microfinance and co-authored two books on community-owned microfinance institutions and SHG federations.
