Shawn M. Talbott, PhD, holds an MS in exercise science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a PhD in nutritional biochemistry from Rutgers. He is also a graduate of the entrepreneurial Master's Program at Massachusetts Institute of technology. He has worked with elite athletes as part of the United States Olympic
Training Centre's Performance Enhancement Team and runs an active lifestyle research program near Salt Lake City. He lives in Draper, UT.
