This novel is the culmination of a journey that began in the hallways of my beautiful college days that remain my finest memories and which have provided the foundational strength for my gruelling UPSC pursuit. Those formative years gifted me a reservoir of characters, struggles and stories that eventually demanded to be narrated.

Born from the raw, unfiltered reality of student days, this book is an exploration of ambition, resilience and the quiet moments of character-building that occur behind the scenes of a competitive life. While the story originally poured out of me in Hindi, it was written with a universal resonance and published with the name 'Kabhi Gaanv Kabhi College' in 2022.

I initially hesitated to translate it, wanting first to test the 'ground reality' and see if the emotions portrayed struck a chord with readers. Fortunately, the response has been surprisingly overwhelming. It has found its way into the hands of readers who praised its raw authenticity. This success has validated the story's heart, paving the way for it to reach an even wider audience.
